COLLECTIVE & IDENTITY

JOBS

RESR Jobs is the future role board for people who want to help build the system: community, media, places, workshops, testing, product development and long-term structure.

FUTURE ROLES. REAL RESPONSIBILITY.

We do not need titles. We need people who build.

RESR Jobs is not a classic hiring page yet. It is a future role structure for people who can help turn the Collective into real movement: riders, creators, guides, mentors, builders, organizers, product testers and people who understand responsibility.

WHAT A RESR ROLE CAN BE

Roles grow from real needs.

RESR should not create empty positions just to look bigger. A role becomes real when there is a real problem to solve, a real project to support or a real responsibility to carry.

Community

Support with members, Signal Rider, Local Crews, applications, feedback, communication and community structure.

Media

Content review, creator credits, selected media, RESR Weekly, field documentation and future Media Directory.

Places

Local Guides, spot responsibility, place checks, workshop zones, care days and future RESR Places support.

Product

Clothing tests, rider feedback, RA-01 frame lab, rider pants, material checks and future R&D.

ROLE AREAS

Future jobs should stay connected to the system.

Every future RESR role should belong to a clear area. That keeps the Collective understandable and prevents chaos as more people get involved.

01

Community Manager

Future role for member communication, applications, rider contact, crews, feedback and community rhythm.

02

Media Curator

Future role for reviewing submitted media, credits, permissions, selected content and weekly media highlights.

03

Places Coordinator

Future role for Local Guides, place checks, spot sensitivity, workshops, partners and public movement spaces.

04

Workshop Mentor

Role for repair culture, bike checks, youth support, learning formats, tool logic and practical sessions.

05

Product Tester

Role for structured field feedback around clothing, rider pants, RA-01 ideas, materials and real use.

06

Partner Support

Role for partner contact, project support, workshop partners, place partners, sponsors and patron structure.

ROLE PROFILE SYSTEM

Prepared for people who prove their role first.

Future role profiles can show function, region, discipline, current status, visibility and permission logic. This makes growth cleaner and less random.

PROOF BEFORE POSITION

The strongest application is useful contribution.

RESR can grow roles from real proof: someone helps with content, supports a local crew, organizes a session, reviews media, tests products, guides a place or creates useful structure.

ROLE PROOF

INTERNAL REVIEW

Not every role is public at the start.

Some roles should first be tested internally before they become visible on the website or inside the Collective.

ROLE STATUS

RESR roles can grow step by step.

Not every position needs to be paid, public or permanent from day one. The structure can grow carefully from interest to contribution to real responsibility.

01

Interest

A person shows interest and understands the RESR idea, tone and direction.

02

Candidate

The person is considered for a role and may start with a small test task or project area.

03

Contributor

The person creates real proof of work and supports a specific part of the Collective.

04

Role

If the need is real and the trust is there, a defined RESR role can emerge.

JOB RULE 01

No empty titles.

A RESR role only makes sense when it solves a real problem inside the system.

JOB RULE 02

Proof before access.

Deeper access to RESR should come through trust, contribution and responsibility.

JOB RULE 03

Growth without chaos.

RESR should grow with structure, not with random people doing random things.

ROLE PROCESS

From interest to responsibility.

01

Show Interest

A person connects with RESR and explains what area they want to support.

02

Small Task

RESR checks fit through a small useful task, contribution or project support moment.

03

Proof

The person shows reliability, quality, tone, trust and useful contribution.

04

Role

A clear role can be defined when the need, person and responsibility match.

WORK WITH RESR

Not every role starts as a job. Some start as proof of work.

RESR will grow roles carefully through trust, real contribution, community need and clear responsibility.
