COLLECTIVE & IDENTITY

LOCAL CREWS

Local Crews are small real-world groups inside the RESR system. Riders, creators, builders and supporters who create movement, media, feedback and responsibility around their local scene.

REAL CREWS. REAL PLACES.

Local movement needs people who actually show up.

Local Crews are not built around status. They are built around sessions, trust, riding, filming, repair, testing, spot responsibility and real contribution. A strong crew can become the first visible proof that RESR works in real life.

WHAT A LOCAL CREW CAN BE

Small groups with real function.

A RESR Local Crew can start simple: a few riders, one filmer, one builder, one person who knows the local spots. The important part is not size. The important part is structure, trust and repeated real-world action.

Ride Crew

Riders who organize sessions, test products, represent movement and give honest feedback from real use.

Media Crew

Creators who document sessions, riders, builds, details and atmosphere with clear credits and permissions.

Spot Crew

People who understand local places, protect sensitive spots and help communicate responsibility.

Test Crew

Selected crews who can test clothing, future gear, rider pants, RA-01 ideas and community products.

CREW PROFILE SYSTEM

Prepared for candidates, active crews and featured crews.

Local Crew profiles can later show region, main disciplines, level, media permission status and visibility logic without exposing sensitive spots.

PROOF OF WORK

Local crews create the first real RESR field proof.

CREW RULE 01

Trust before reach.

A Local Crew should be built around people who actually show up, help and understand the scene.

CREW RULE 02

Protect the spot.

Sensitive places stay protected. No exact locations, no careless tags, no unnecessary exposure.

CREW RULE 03

Proof over talk.

Real sessions, real feedback, real media and real responsibility matter more than empty claims.

LOCAL CREW PROCESS

From first contact to real structure.

01

Contact

A rider, filmer, crew or local group connects with RESR and shows real interest.

02

Check

RESR checks fit, attitude, content quality, scene connection and possible responsibility.

03

Proof

The crew creates first real proof: session media, feedback, spot context or testing.

04

Active Crew

If it fits, the crew becomes part of the visible RESR Collective structure.

BUILD LOCAL STRUCTURE

A crew is not a group chat. A crew is proof of work.

RESR Local Crews connect riding, filming, testing, spot respect, local knowledge and community responsibility into one visible structure.
