RESR Frame Lab / Functional R&D

RESR RA-01 Frame

Not built for weight charts. Built for hits.

The RA-01 is not a fashion statement. It is a frame idea: a raw, adjustable, single-speed dirt frame concept built from real rider thinking.

It belongs to the RESR Frame Lab. Not to normal apparel. Not to merch. Not to a quick product idea. It is RESR R&D.

Single speed. Square rear. No excuses.

Ride first. Dirt first. 26 first. Single speed first. This page is not here to sell a frame. It is here to open the Frame Lab conversation.

Not A Finished Production Frame Yet

RA-01 is currently a concept and development direction. Any real frame would require engineering, prototyping, stress testing and rider validation before production.

Why RA-01 Exists

Modern bike culture often talks about lighter, faster, cleaner and more optimized. RA-01 thinks differently. A dirt frame does not live on a spreadsheet. It lives through impact, bad landings, cases, street spots, pumptracks, dirt jumps and real sessions.

The core question is simple: what would a RESR dirt frame feel like if it was designed from real use instead of marketing pressure? The answer is not lightweight perfection. The answer is character.

RA-01 Core Idea

Raw Mechanical Direction

Spec / Idea Cards

Single Speed Only

Simple, direct, focused.

26 First

Dirt, street, park and pumptrack direction.

Square Rear Triangle

Raw mechanical frame identity.

Adjustable Chainstay

Approx. 380 / 405 / 430 mm concept.

CNC Node System

Visible strength at key stress areas.

Dropout Cartridge

Axle and brake mount move as one module.

Built For Hits

Robust direction over weight-chart thinking.

Frame Lab

Concept, feedback, engineering, testing and validation.

One Frame. Three Characters.

One of the strongest ideas behind RA-01 is adjustability. Not random adjustment, but a real way to change how the bike feels. One frame. Different moods. Different lines. Different days.

380 when you dare. 430 when you send.

380
405
430

380 MM

Playful / quick / street / rotation

405 MM

Balanced / daily / allround dirt

430 MM

Stable / speed / bigger jumps

The Shape Is The Signal.

The square rear triangle is not just technical. It is the RA-01 visual signature: raw, industrial, mechanical and immediately recognizable. You should recognize it from across the park not because of a giant logo, but because the shape itself has character.

From Idea To Frame.

A frame needs responsibility. No unsafe shortcuts. No fake launch. RA-01 only moves forward when the next step makes sense.

What Should A RESR Frame Feel Like?

RA-01 should not be developed in silence. The community should be part of the conversation — not by replacing engineering, but by giving real rider input about feel, problems, setup and what current dirt frames get wrong.

What chainstay length do you ride?

A Frame Is Not Merch.

Engineering First

Every real frame needs proper design and review.

Testing First

No rider testing without safe prototype validation.

No Fake Claims

Concept does not mean production-ready.

Real Feedback

Rider input matters, but safety is not voted on.

Long-Term Development

RA-01 grows only when the system can carry it.

Frame Lab / serious concept

Want to follow the frame lab?

RA-01 is not finished. That is why the right people matter. Riders, builders, mechanics, engineers and creators can help shape the conversation before the frame ever becomes real.
