COLLECTIVE & IDENTITY

RESR TEAM

RESR Team is the structure behind the movement: founder, riders, creators, local guides, crews, mentors, partners and people who help turn ideas into real community work.

NOT A BRAND TEAM. A SYSTEM TEAM.

People make the movement real.

RESR Team is not only about official positions. It is about people who carry parts of the system: riding, creating, guiding, testing, building, documenting, mentoring, supporting and protecting the places where real movement happens.

WHAT THE TEAM CAN BECOME

A growing structure of real roles.

RESR should not grow as a loose collection of names. It should grow through clear roles, trust, responsibility, media permissions, local context and proof of work.

Founder Layer

Brand direction, system thinking, product ideas, Places vision, community logic and long-term RESR development.

Rider Layer

Signal Rider, test riders, young talents, local riders and people who bring RESR into real movement.

Creator Layer

Filming, photography, editing, design, writing, documentation and the visual memory of the Collective.

Guide Layer

Local Guides, workshop mentors, place contacts and trusted people who understand local context.

TEAM AREAS

Every team area has a real function.

The RESR Team structure should help organize responsibility. Different people can support different areas without everything becoming chaotic.

01

Brand & System

Identity, direction, structure, website, language, product architecture and long-term RESR logic.

02

Community

Signal Rider, Local Crews, Local Guides, members, applications, feedback and real community contact.

03

Places

Spot context, protected places, workshop zones, repair points, care days and future RESR Places.

04

Media

Content review, creator credits, selected media, proof of work, RESR Weekly and future Media Directory.

05

Testing

Clothing tests, rider feedback, RA-01 frame lab, rider pants and future product development.

06

Support

Partners, patrons, mentors, workshops, youth structures, social projects and long-term project support.

TEAM PROFILE SYSTEM

Prepared for real people, roles and responsibility.

Team profiles can later show role, region, discipline, crew connection, status and media permissions. This keeps the Collective structured as it grows.

TEAM PROOF

Team means contribution, not title.

A RESR Team role should become visible through what someone helps build: sessions, media, places, products, workshops, feedback, support or structure.

INTERNAL STRUCTURE

Some work happens behind the scenes.

Not every important task needs public attention. Internal planning, review, moderation and support can still be core team work.

Permission RESR / CESR Internal Use Allowed

TEAM GROWTH

The team should grow only where structure is needed.

RESR does not need random titles. It needs people who solve real problems, support real projects and help the Collective stay honest as it grows.

01

First Contact

Someone understands RESR, shows real interest and connects with the Collective through action.

02

Proof Of Work

A person contributes something useful: media, riding, feedback, local knowledge, support or structure.

03

Trust

RESR checks whether the person fits the values, communication, reliability and responsibility level.

04

Role

If it fits, a real role can emerge inside Community, Places, Media, Testing, Workshops or Support.

TEAM RULE 01

Role before title.

A title only makes sense when there is a real function behind it.

TEAM RULE 02

Trust before access.

The deeper someone enters the system, the more trust and responsibility matter.

TEAM RULE 03

Contribution before ego.

RESR grows through people who help the system, not people who only want status.

TEAM PROCESS

From community contact to real responsibility.

01

Connect

A person connects with RESR through riding, content, feedback, support or local context.

02

Contribute

The person creates proof of work and shows how they can help the system.

03

Define

A possible role is defined clearly, with area, responsibility and visibility.

04

Build

The role becomes part of the growing RESR Team and Collective structure.

BUILD THE TEAM

A movement needs people who carry responsibility.

RESR Team grows through trust, proof of work, real contribution and people who understand the system behind the logo.
