Potential Team Profile 01
A young rider from a smaller place can become just as visible as someone already known in the scene. Progress, honesty and consistency matter.
RESR Community / Future Responsibility
How it begins
The RESR Team is not simply selected. It grows. Out of the community, out of real sessions, out of repetition, attitude, feedback and people who show over time that they really live RESR.
RESR does not begin with a classic team of bought riders, big names or pure reach profiles. First comes the community. Then come Signal Riders. Then come tests, feedback, content, real sessions and shared projects. Only later, out of that process, the RESR Team can emerge.
The RESR Team should not be defined only by RESR. The community should be involved through polls, suggestions, visibility, real support and what people actually show outside.
Everyone should have a chance here. And with everyone, we really mean everyone — not only riders with big reach, not only the loudest, not only the already known and not only those who look perfect.
A young rider from a smaller place can become just as visible as someone already known in the scene. Progress, honesty and consistency matter.
A family that rides together can be just as important to the RESR story as a single standout rider. RESR wants real people, not only classic team profiles.
A young rider from a small place can become just as visible as an experienced rider from the scene. A family that rides together can matter just as much as a single rider. A skater from the local park can stand out just as much as a BMX rider, a dirt jumper, a scooter rider or someone who shows up every day at a spot and pulls others forward.
RESR is not only interested in who can do the most. RESR also cares about who stays with it, who gives honest feedback, who supports others, who rides with conviction, who brings energy into the community and who really lives the rhythm.
The future RESR Team should consist of people who do not only represent the system, but truly carry it. This is not meant to become a pure popularity contest. Community polls should open doors and show whom people see, support and suggest.
But RESR will also look at attitude, fairness, reliability, honest feedback, real scene connection and whether someone fits the long-term direction. A Team Rider carries more than clothing. A Team Rider carries responsibility — for the brand, for the community, for younger riders, for spots and for what RESR is supposed to become.
Someone who shows up every day, supports others and keeps a local spot alive can matter just as much as the loudest name online.
The future path can grow through Signal Rider work, honest feedback, polls, content projects, workshops, places engagement and real support on the ground.
The path into the RESR Team can later grow through many steps: Signal Rider work, community suggestions, polls, product tests, content projects, sessions with Custom Creators, places engagement, workshops and real support on the ground.
Nobody has to start perfectly. RESR wants to make development visible. Maybe someone begins with a small clip, maybe with honest feedback, maybe with a local spot, maybe with a test package, maybe with a community action or maybe with one strong session nobody expected.
That is exactly the point. RESR should open paths — not only for the best on paper, but for people who really move something.
What RESR Team means
The RESR Team should come when the time is right. Until then, the community grows. The Signal Riders test. The Custom Creators shape. The Places emerge. The polls show what people want to see. And step by step it becomes visible who may be ready for the next level.
RESR Team does not mean: you are above others. RESR Team means: you are ready to move forward with responsibility — for yourself, for the community and for the movement.
Ride Eat Sleep Repeat. We grow to inspire.
The foundation comes first: real people, real sessions, real visibility and real support.
Testing, feedback, consistency and honest use in reality become visible over time.
Polls, projects, Custom Creator work, places engagement and community recognition open the next doors.
The team forms later — not as hype, but as a responsible next level inside the system.
Future team logic
RESR Team is not a shortcut. It is a long-term result of trust, responsibility, honest feedback, visible support and repeated presence inside the community.
